Kullcorp Precast is a start-up business that has patented a unique method of producing 40mPa precast concrete panels, whilst using up to 70% less cement than current methods. Kullcorp Precast panels feature a natural riverstone exposed aggregate finish on both surfaces. Our process removes the need for fillet or bevelled edges thereby avoiding shadow lines. Lift points and sheer zones have been cleverly designed to maximise strength and minimise any handling damage risk. Kullcorp is a family-owned business and we are based in the Southern Highlands, NSW.
Sustainability Outcomes
Kullcorp Precast are in the process of attaining an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) from Holcim’s ViroDecs initiative, which will allow our customers to more easily gain points in the IS rating scheme. We can provide green walls to substantially lower the carbon emissions of any project. We are excitedly pursuing the right to be acknowledged as Australia’s first EPD certified panel producer.
